Samsung's New Kimchi Fridge got Innovative Deodorizer Capsule

Samsung Electronics won TR (Technology & Reliability) mark from Korea Testing and Research Institute for its deodorizer capsule, customized for kimchi refrigerator ,Zipel Asak M9000.

This deodorizer capsule can eliminates up to 99.9% of odors such as methyl mercaptan that smells like Kimchi, garlic, and salted seafood and fish odor trimethylamine.

Many korean use refrigerator specifically made for kimchi storage in daily life.

It is specifically designed to meet storage requirements of varied kimchi types, including temperature control and different fermentation processes.

Kimchi fridges have carved out a big niche for this new appliance, which has proven to be the 'most wanted' household item in Korea and other parts of the world as well where kimchi is eaten.

Having a separate store space is highly recommended when storing Kimchi as the fermentation odors can make anything open to air in the fridge taste 'off'
