Samsung unveiled the Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO at this year's CES in Las Vegas.
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO line of tablets, setting a new standard of mobile excellence, equipped with innovative and meaningful technology at this year's Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas.
Sporting four powerful devices in the lineup – the Galaxy NotePRO (12.2-inch), TabPRO (12.2, 10.1, 8.4-inch),
Aimed squarely at the business consumer, put simply the Galaxy Note Pro is a pimped-out version of its smaller sibling the Note 3, as it comes complete with S Pen and boasts a 2,560x1,600-pixel screen resolution (some four million pixels).
The powerhouse of the Note Pro is its 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor that is coupled with 3GB of RAM to keep its new Magazine UX user interface running smoothly on Android 4.4 KitKat -- and it is pleasingly smooth on first impressions.
The Tab Pro offering is basically the same animal but without the inclusion of the S Pen, except that the 10.1- and 8.4-inch models come with 2GB RAM rather than the 3GB of the largest version.
Price has yet to be announced, both models will be on sale later this year.
