Unlike AT&T and Samsung offering up a one-time exchange for water damaged Galaxy s 4 Active in U.S, Samsung won't offer same warranty for its domestic market.
Samsung has changed the warranty for the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active for U.S market after they released it earlier this year
But korean customers are out of luck if their supposedly waterproof phone get damaged by water.
On 19th, yonhap news reported that Samsung not offering water proof damage warrenty for its domestic market, and Samsung denied that by saying that they are not offering water damage warrenty for oversea market either.
But Emily J. Edmonds, director, Corporate Communications at AT&T told yonhap news on her e-mail that "If your Galaxy S 4 Active has been damaged due to water exposure, bring it back to your original point of purchase as soon as possible for a one-time exchange for another Galaxy S 4 Active in USA."
