Singer Lee Hyori has revealed her diet for her S-line body




Super star Lee Hyori has revealed her diet for her perfectly toned S-line body and abs through her blog on May 28th.
she has posted, “Quiet morning, today’s breakfast is bread, eggs, apples, and lentil beans,” and a picture of a light breakfast consisting of various food.
She wrote "boil the lentil beans and add olive oil,vinegar and stir-fry one minute" along with pictures

Lee Hyori fans paid extra attention to lentil bean as diet of Lee Hyori who is staying in good shape after getting married was revealed.

Lentils are used to prepare an inexpensive and nutritious soup all over Europe and North and South America , sometimes combined with some form of chicken or pork.
With about 30% of their calories from protein, lentils have the third-highest level of protein
Proteins include the essential amino acids isoleucine and lysine , and lentils are an essential source of inexpensive protein in many parts of the world.
Lentils also contain dietary fiber , folate , vitamin B1 , and minerals.
Lentils are a good source of iron , having over half of a person's daily iron allowance in a one cup serving.
Health magazine has selected lentils as one of the five healthiest foods.

Meanwhile, Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon held their wedding on Jeju Island on September 1 of last year. Following their marriage, they have been enjoying a rustic newlywed lifestyle.
