Google will partner with LG again on its upcoming tablet?

Google is not very good at keeping things a secret.

Originally spotted by Britoid on The Verge Forums, an odd looking tablet was pictured in Google’s own promotional material for the revamped Android page for Android 4.4 KitKat. The picture is found at the bottom of the Apps & Entertainment page, and reveals a woman holding a tablet with very thin bezels.

This leask aren't actually leaks, this is a marketing strategy that has been used for years now.

This isn't a mistake. Just like the man holding the Nexus 5 in the "leak" wasn't a true leak. It was a release. Just not an official one. All companies do this including apple,samsung and google.

Above picture, speculated version of “Nexus 8” also bears an undeniable resemblance to LG’s latest 8.3-inch tablet, which suggests that Google likely partnered with LG on its upcoming pure Google tablet as it did with the new Nexus 5.
