1. block out light +wear sleep shade
even a little bit of light can stimulate optic nerve and cause to reduce melatonin which is sleep-promoting
hormone ,thus distracts sound sleep,leaving you not so refreshed  in the morning
Expert says "even a very faint light from electric radio or watch can distract your sleep
so it's best to wear sleep shade to block any kinds of light

2. room temperature 25degree
experts says appropriate temperature for good night sleep is 25 degree
so maintain constant room temperature

3. refrain from watching TV before going to sleep
watching TV stimulate your brain at least for one hour so it's best to stay away from TV
one hour before going to sleep

4. take a warm shower
taking a shower 20 mins before going to sleep help u to relax muscles which leads to good sound sleep
water should be little warmer than body temperature

5. going to bathroom before sleep
habit of going to bathroom right before going to bed helps you sleep better
this will prevent you to wake up during sleep
it's hard to get sound sleep when you  gatta go pee  :)
